Job Description

We have an immediate opening in HR. We want someone who doesn’t see this as a typical HR job, but rather as a chance to collaborate with the employees and management in making the right decisions for the next level of growth for Blue Horizon Infotech. Our ideal hire is someone who learns quickly, is enthusiastic, and has a passion for translating business challenges into opportunities for innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • The role will cover Hiring, Payroll, Grievances, Team Building, Administration, Operation, Appraisals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pleasing Personality and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent exposure in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Manage activities starting from screening to onboarding candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Preference for candidates who can join within a week.

Remuneration:

  • Negotiable based on the candidate’s experience, exposure, and skillset.

Interview Process:

Once the candidate’s resume has been shortlisted, he/she will have to attend a telephonic round(general), after which, if selected will have to appear for a face-to-face round.
